Keanu Reeves Trying to Pull off a "Bill and Ted" Sequel
Everybody's asking for it so Keanu Reeves is now seriously considering. We're talking about the long awaited Bill and Ted sequel. Keanu is thinking of creating the third installment of the series, which he starred way back in 1989 along with Alex Winter.
When asked rather jokingly by MTV's host Josh Horowitz at the Oscars, Keanu said, "I'm trying, I'm trying," much to Josh's surprise. The Keanu Reeves question about the third part of Bill and Ted is already running as a big joke within the industry. However, it seems like Keanu has had enough of it so he'll just go out there and make the film just for the heck of it. Josh even tried to know if Keanu is just putting him on by asking, "Are you joking?" Keanu flat out said, "I'm not."
Problem is, he's the one producing. He's thinking of a story line wherein Bill and Ted are already middle-aged men having the same awesome adventures. It would be fun to see Keanu Reeves in a real comedy flick for a change. The Bill and Ted sequel could have been done and released year ago if not for the advise of Keanu's manager who is strongly against it.
