Now that Keanu's legal fiasco is out of the day, he's more than ready to promote his new movie, The Day the Earth Stood Still. The movie is about an alien landing on Earth and warning earthlings of imminent danger. The movie is actually a remake of the 1951 film of the same title. However, expect a lot of revisions to the script and changes to Keanu's character. The movie is more of a modern science fiction movie as expected. There would also be sub plots in the story and emphasis was given to Dr. Benson, Jennifer Connely's character. Klaatu, who is played by Keanu Reeves, is more sinister in this film. In the original, Klaatu is a rather meek and humble alien out to save the Earth.
